Role: Electronics Hardware Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic and
fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to take ownership
of electronic designs from concept to production. You will be responsible for schematic
design, component selection, and guiding the entire process through to assembly, testing,
and validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, simulate, prototype, and productize reliable and high-quality electronic designs.
- Identify necessary components, modules, and subsystems, including researching and selecting suppliers.
- Create thorough technical documentation, reports, and test procedures for designs and systems.
- Integrate and improve functionalities of robotic systems, embedded systems, sensors, and sensor networks.
- Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical teams to define specifications and solve problems.
- Validate designs against requirements, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to apply innovative solutions.
- Prioritize tasks, solve problems, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Electronics or related field; or proven professional experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with passion and proven skills also encouraged).
- Strong knowledge of analog & digital electronics, schematic and board-level design.
- Experience with microcontrollers, peripherals, interfacing, and FPGA design.
- Understanding of power, thermal, and reliability aspects of electronic design.
- Knowledge of C/C++, DSP, or VHDL/Verilog is a plus.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and strong initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) is beneficial.
