Role: Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated graduate in mechanical engineering to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a wide range of projects. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop mechanical systems, including CAD models, drawings, simulations, and feasibility studies.
Take ownership of prototyping and testing: supervise fabrication, analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.
Maintain accurate design records, technical reports, and presentations.
Contribute innovative solutions and stay updated on engineering advancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
0–2 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk Fusion 360, Inventor, or similar).
Knowledge of GD&T, CAE software, manufacturing techniques, and material properties.
Familiarity with dynamics, seals, pressure-tolerant designs, cables, connectors for marine applications, inspection, QC, and mathematical modeling is highly valued.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
