Electronics Technician- QA & Assembly

Technician - QA & Assembly to join our team. We specialise in developing

We seek a skilled and motivated Assembly and Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. In
this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly and testing of precision automation
machines and sensor systems. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the highest quality
standards of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of Automation Systems:
- Interpret and follow complex electronic schematics and mechanical assembly diagrams.
- Assemble robotic systems, automated PCB assembly machinery, and other automation equipment
with precision and accuracy.
- Employ soldering skills, hand tools, and power tools proficiently during the assembly
process.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing and inspection of assembled components and complete machine
systems to identify and address defects.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment in accordance with quality standards.
- Document and report test results, inspection data, and any quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve quality concerns and implement preventative
measures.
- Customer Support and Demonstrations:
- Assist in setting up and demonstrating automation machines for customers.
- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting basic issues when required.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve assembly processes, quality control
measures, and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Diploma in Electronics, Electrical
Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in
electronics assembly or a related technical field. Experience with automation machinery is a
significant advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly
drawings.
- Excellent soldering skills and proficiency with various hand tools and power tools.
- Working knowledge of quality control principles and testing procedures.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Soft Skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player with a willingness to collaborate with engineers and other technicians.
